Just bought a 4 channel picoscope from tom last month.  it is a great tool, that i will be leaning about as i use it for months or years.  i started working with/for my dad when i was 12, still working together 22 years later.  We mainly work on truck and heavy equip. but also pickup.  you can always learn more and with a pico scope you can even see it (now i need to learn how to read what i can see on the scope).
