Title: New Member from Minnesota
Post by clctech on Aug 26th, 2011 at 2:24pm
Hello Diagnosticians,
I am new to the group. I teach automotive performance at a technical college in Minnesota. I really like the scope and want to learn as much as possible about all the different functions. I would like to know how to convert mS into degrees when I start teaching the class. Hope I can help out some people also.
Thanks for having me

Welcome.
Changing mS to degrees is simple - so long as you have a 720, or 360 degree reference - like a firing event or fuel injectors - it is simple division. We can elaborate more on this but you would have to start a thread in the HELP section.

Anytime you need help youve got Nerdz headquarters, LSD guides, and our other members to help. This site is full of very bright techs.

Have fun with your scope!

I like the name of your town

clc,
since you are a pico group member i wanted to share this link with you to kind of explain the humor involved with what i posted  ;).  sometimes it's easy to forget that new members might not know what us idiots are referring to  ;D.

also, danny was alluding to a contest that had us guessing what date this forum would reach 2000 members.

i know you'll enjoy the scope, but i hope you also come to love the camaraderie autonerdz represents.  [smiley=dance.gif]
