Title: So glad to be part of the group
Post by mpresutto on Dec 5th, 2012 at 5:13pm
Hello my name is Mike Presutto and I have been creeping around this site as an outsider for a couple years now. I finally received a pico scope and I'm hooked. After all the years of seeing captures in training classes and iATN I'm finally on the capturing end  :).

Im a 26 year experience driveability tech who now feels just as excited as day one thanks to the Pico. Truly an amazing piece of equipment and I hope I don't bog anyone down with the new learning curve ahead for me with this critter. I'm so stuck in the trigger and hope you catch it world of my previous scopes .

Glad to be here and read everything you guys have all written, I will try and tone the excitement down but its tough  :-X

Thanks again !

No worries chief, ask questions and don't worry about making mistakes or sounding "stupid".  That kind of thing doesn't exist here.  Welcome aboard.

Funny you say that because years ago a buudy said there is no coming back after drinking that kool aid when I asked how he liked his Pico . I have a dated vetronix 5100 at that now seems like a tinker toy.

Just like the Applelites ( the loyal apple product consumers) I see this Autonerdz group appears to be loosely wrapped and yet very tightly wound together as a group. Almost a family  :)

Kool aid is mixed and drank..... I hope I wasn't supposed to wait LOL

I did so much research, before diving into the Kool aid Pitcher, I keep mine on display and grin ( :)) every time it catches my eye.

Welcome Home Mike, It's a great ride.

I think hes holding his mouth open because he wants you to brush his teeth ;D maybe that's a defensive stance I'm not sure now better make sure you get garbage flavor tooth paste

We have this character turtle man not too far away from us he will come and snatch him up bare handed for 50 bucks or make a trade for something shiny  [smiley=laughing2.gif]
He is riot he has his own show Call of the wildman

Turtle man is a courageous man. I saw one of his videos; in it he takes a raccon out of a car in the woods - with his bare hands eventually as he couldn't get the creature to surrender to a fishermans landing net. He isn't cruel to the animals, just captures them to take them away from where they are unwanted...like Tom's engine bay, for instance. Was that your car, Tom?

It was a customer's car at a shop I worked in many years ago.  He was just camped out there.

If you could handle the "Turtle man call"

I had a mechanic working for me earlier in the year that used to do it, we had to have a talk about it...

Pardon my lack of editing. I meant 'raccoon'. I had spelled it wrong. Raccoons are found across North America.
