I see no sign online that Pico still supplies the TA010. I bought one TA010 from aeswave in 2015 for $77 ...for use with the shop's 4223. This was shortly after the 4425 came out in 2014. The 4425 kits came with 10:1 TA197's. I suspect this is why aeswave still had some stock of TA010's in 2015. This was 5 years before I purchased my Picoscope kit from Autonerdz or knew what I needed. You may find it used or another brand with similar specs.
If I was using a 3000 Automotive series or 4823 Automotive with 50V inputs, I would be concerned that I am approaching the limits of the inputs since the 10:1 TA197 would only protect it to 500V. Is this why you are looking for another TA010? I will be holding onto my TA010 in case I want to use it with a 4823 later. |

Thank you for your reply Grant.
I actually do have 4 of the TA010. They came with an 4223 scope I recently bought from another nerdz member. An online search didn't come up with more information, so I decided to ask here. Main reason to buy this scope was to have it at home and be able to access the library :-? |
