Monday, July 6, 2009 is a day you don't want to miss!
Mac VandenBrink is making true on his long outstanding promise to visit the Autonerdz new training facility. While there, why not spend the afternoon and evening to explore some new ways of using the Pico scope on DIS and Coil-on-Plug applications.
Mac will try out his new training course and get some feed-back on the topic:
“The logic of combustion analysis”.
This is the last class you will ever take on ignition scope pattern interpretation.
No more archives to search – No more memorizing.
It is simple – It is logical – It is plain common sense.
To demonstrate that, Mac claims to analyze any DIS ignition vehicle
within 3 minutes after hook-up.
So bring your problem (DIS) car, or put a bug in it, or make it misfire...
If he cannot find it in that time limit, you earned yourself a
ONE HOUR TRAINING COURSE on a CD.
AFTERNOON SESSION ------ Starting at 2 PM, we will have some hands-on diagnosis, exploring features and concepts that make the PICO so unique, practical applications how to pinpoint within minutes any drive-ability problem, and knowing:
1.Is the problem combustion related, (including misfire)?
2.If so, where is the problem, (which cylinder or bank)?
3.When does the problem occur, (is it speed or load related)?
EVENING SESSION ---- Starting at 7 PM – Presentation of scope pattern interpretation.
Exploring and improving the skills of diagnosing the cause, plus
verifying that what we thought or suspected and is it confirmed to be true or false.
Come to both sessions or evening only. It's FREE!
Bring your laptop, so that we can exchange and share some scope captures.
A $20 donation would be appreciated to help cover food and refreshments.
Space is limited to 15.
