1. Program description: At the customer's request, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) sent to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include a response to an inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, and appointment confirmations.
2. Program frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation.
3. Opt out: You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The parties agree that the Washington State courts located in Thurston County, Washington, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Returns—Products may be returned to Autonerdz within (thirty) 30 days of the order date as long as the product has not been used. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. All claims for shortages or errors must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Contact Autonerdz for a return authorization.
Software and digital media are not returnable if opened or activated.

At Autonerdz, our goal is to make your PicoScope experience the best it can possibly be. Picogroup resources are designed to support your growth, helping you reach your desired level of proficiency with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.
Access Eligibility
Picogroup resources are included at no additional charge with most Autonerdz PicoScope kit packages and are also available through a subscription. Access is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
How Access is Sustained
Our resources are costly to produce and maintain. Rather than charging all users a subscription fee, we fund these resources through equipment purchases. This means:
- When you support us, we support you.
- Your continued access is preserved by maintaining your relationship with Autonerdz.
We ask that you consider Autonerdz for all your PicoScope needs. This mutual support ensures we can continue offering high-quality resources year after year.
If you find a better deal on PicoScope products elsewhere, please contact us before purchasing. We will do our best to match it and keep your access intact.
Conditions That May Affect Access
While we are committed to your success, access to Picogroup resources is a privilege tied to specific conditions. Access may be discontinued without a refund if any of the following occur:
- Voluntary Opt-Out: You choose to discontinue your access.
- Equipment Transfer: You no longer own the PicoScope equipment purchased from Autonerdz.
- Discontinued Support: You purchase PicoScope products from other vendors, which may indicate a shift in support away from Autonerdz.
- Content Sharing Without Permission: Publishing, distributing, or sharing Picogroup content without written permission from Autonerdz violates our content policy.
- Conflict of Interest: Actively supporting a competing vendor’s PicoScope-related offerings, whether through paid or unpaid means.
