Applicable laws—Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Washington, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Washington State courts located in Thurston County, Washington, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Returns—Products may be returned to Autonerdz within (thirty) 30 days of the order date as long as the product has not been used. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. All claims for shortages or errors must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Contact Autonerdz for a return authorization.
Software and digital media are not returnable if opened or activated.
Picogroup Resources Access Policy:
Picogroup resources access is included with most Autonerdz PicoScope kit packages at no additional charge and is also available by subscription. These resources are for the original user only and not transferrable.
These resources are costly to produce and maintain. Rather than charge everyone a subscription fee, we provide all this at no cost to purchasers of Autonerdz PicoScope kits. Our goal is to make your PicoScope experience the best it can possibly be. We provide you with everything you need to reach your desired level of proficiency. You only need commit to invest in yourself with study and practice.
We have no sponsors and the costs of these resources are funded entirely by equipment purchases. When you support us, we support you. Simple. That responsibility works both ways. All we ask is that you come to us for all your PicoScope needs. You hold up your end and we hold up ours. This preserves your access year after year.
If you think you have found a good deal on anything PicoScope, please contact us before purchasing. We will do our best to match it.
Access to these resources is a privilege and there are ways to lose your access without refund. These ways include but are not limited to the following:
You opted out (chose not to have access to the resources)
You no longer own the PicoScope equipment you purchased from Autonerdz.
You support a competing vendor by any means paid or unpaid. (we can’t be providing these resources for other vendors to access)
You choose to purchase PicoScope products from another vendor. (This means you no longer support us)
You in any way publish or share Picogroup content without written permission from Autonerdz. (for everyone’s protection)
That being said, we are very easy to work with and committed to YOUR success.
