Set of 5 Pico insulation piercing probes (TA513)

Description

These easy-to-use probes are aimed at technicians in automotive repair workshops, wanting to quickly make a reliable connection to wiring when backpinning is not permitted or recommended, and no suitable breakout connection is available.

Where insulation piercing is the preferred solution, the new Pico probes offer outstanding performance minimizing potential for damage to wiring and maintains that standard over an extended lifetime of more than 5,000 insertions.

The insulation piercing probes are supplied as a set of 5 colored probes allowing rapid visual identification of each connection to the colored channels of the PicoScope.

Just pull back the spring loaded wire holding plunger to secure the wire for piercing and gently tighten the thumbscrew base to pierce the insulation.
