Screen sharing is a great way for us to support our PicoGroup members, we can see your computer screen to help you get setup. We are now using Quick Assist, the Windows 10/11 app for screen sharing.
Many PC’s come with Quick Assist already installed. Just click the magnifying glass in the taskbar of your windows PC and type Quick Assist.
